Private dining

For 10 to 100 guests, the Montcalm at the Brewery is a private dining venue of exceptional variety, hosting everything from breakfasts, private lunches and dinners to conferences, weddings and parties in its characterful collection of dining rooms.

The Grub Street

Georgian good looks give Grub Street (Milton Street's former name) instant ambience and irresistible appeal, with panelled walls, vintage distressed mirrors and handcrafted oak flooring. It's an intimate setting perfect for private breakfasts, lunches and dinners, seating up to 12 people, or up to 20 for a standing reception.

Samuel

With cobbled courtyard views through floor to ceiling windows, this expansive ground floor space is supremely versatile, equally good as three rooms for up to 10 guests in each, a handsome dining room for 50, or a grander reception room 100.

Melville and Worsely

A matching pair replete with period features, each seating up to 30 guests for dinner or 40 for a reception. High ceilings, handsome sash windows and crystal chandeliers imbue these spaces with a refined ambience.

Cornwallis

With high ceilings, generous dimensions and flexible features, the largest of the private rooms collection is ideal for 80 seated for dinner or up to 100 for a standing reception. Hosting prestigious award ceremonies and imaginative themed parties, bespoke staging is easily installed, as are blackjack or roulette tables, pool, snooker or table tennis tables,
making the Cornwallis ideal as a games room for larger events. There is no charge for this room, however a minimum spend is required.
